How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days — so the total estimated time from order to door is 5 to 9 business days.
Where do orders ship from?
We work with trusted international fulfilment partners to bring you quality fashion at the best possible price. Depending on inventory and product availability, your order will be dispatched directly from our partner warehouses located in the United States or Asia. Our returns centre is based in London, UK.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom.
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Full details are on our Returns page.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@northmerelondon.com. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing — but you can return it once it arrives.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
